Terms & Conditions

1. About these terms. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by DIGICRAFT, a digital marketing agency based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India (“DIGICRAFT”, “we”, “us”), to our clients (“you”). By engaging us or using this website you agree to them.

2. Services and scope. The services (such as SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, page management and AI automation), deliverables, timelines and fees are set out in a written proposal, quote or agreement. Work outside that scope may be quoted separately.

3. Client responsibilities. You agree to give accurate information, timely feedback and approvals, and the access we need to your website, ad accounts and social pages. Delays on your side may delay delivery.

4. Fees and payment. Fees are payable as stated in the proposal or invoice. Late payment may lead to work being paused. Fees for work already completed are non-refundable. [EDITABLE: payment terms, e.g. advance and due dates]

5. Advertising budgets. Ad spend on platforms such as Google and Meta is separate from our fees and is paid by you directly to the platform unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. No guarantees. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

7. Third-party platforms. We do not control the policies, pricing or decisions of third-party platforms, including account reviews, ad disapprovals or suspensions.

8. Content and intellectual property. Once all fees are paid, you own the final deliverables created for you. You confirm that you have the right to use any material you supply. Unless you tell us in writing otherwise, we may show the work in our portfolio.

9. Confidentiality. Each party will keep the other’s confidential information private and use it only for the purpose of the work.

10. Termination. Either party may end the engagement with [EDITABLE: 15/30] days’ written notice. You will pay for work done and costs incurred up to the end date.

11. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, DIGICRAFT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the service concerned in the preceding [EDITABLE: 3] months.

12. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.

13. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
